Quality Project/Quality Systems Engineer (m/f)

Applying and managing the core tools in Quality Management
Further development of the QM-System
Reviewing supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems
Maintain the integrity of the quality system requirements with effective strategies that meets the organization’s needs
Understanding the needs of our customers to ensure the highest quality standard in the organization
Continuously improve processes, data hygiene, reporting and communication as well as cooperation between relevant parties
Taking part in programs for quality improvement for analyzing and optimizing processes in production
Actively supporting the implementation of the global QM-System
Successfully applying SPC, MSA, R&R Analysis, PPAP including presentation to the customer
Using FMEA, problem solving methods like 8D and 5 Whys

Degree in Engineering or another technical subject
At least 3 years of experience in quality, engineering and/or manufacturing (always with focus on quality) in the automotive or auto-parts industry
Deep know how in launching new products, automotive customer specific requirements, VDA standards, system-, product- and process audits, being familiar with wire harness manufacturing is a plus
Excellent project and people management skills
Knowledge in measuring instruments and LPAs audits, Quality Systems Planning, including PPA, Statistical Problem Solving and VDA Standards
Internal auditor for ISO/TS 16949 and VDA6.3
Experience with ISO14001, Lean Manufacturing Process and 6 sigma methodologies
Fluent English, skilled in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point), Minitab
Hands on, solution focused, excellent communication, structured, proactive, team player, resilient, willing to travel regularly
