What you will do

  • Establish transparency of operational KPIs across the production environment (e.g. OEE, scrap, throughput, efficiency) 
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting structures and dashboards for manufacturing performance  
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities  
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for production and engineering teams  
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems and reporting tools  
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives through data-driven analysis  
  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and management teams to align on KPIs and performance targets  
  • Drive the implementation and harmonization of KPI definitions and reporting standards  
  • Support capacity planning and performance monitoring through data analysis  
  • Act as a key interface between local production teams and global functions for reporting topics  
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives, including data integration and reporting automation  
  • Prepare regular management reports and ad-hoc analyses for decision-making  
  • Ensure transparency of value stream performance and material flow efficiency  
  • Identify trends and correlations within complex production datasets  
  • Support audit processes by providing structured data and reporting documentation  

What convinces us:

  • University degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field  
  • Several years of experience in reporting, controlling, or data analysis within a manufacturing or automotive environment  
  • Strong understanding of production processes (e.g. wire harness, injection molding, automotive manufacturing)  
  • Experience with KPI systems in production (e.g. OEE, scrap rates, efficiency metrics)  
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, BI tools, Excel)  
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets  
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact  
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style  
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders  
  • Experience in international and matrix organizations is a plus  
  • Fluent in Arabic (native level), English (business fluent), French is a plus  
  • High resilience, ownership and result orientation
