What you will do:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to the General Manager and local leadership team
- Translate global HR strategies into impactful local execution aligned with business objectives
- Lead, develop, and structure the HR organization across both Tunisian sites (Hammamet & Enfidha)
- Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, including payroll, recruiting, and administrative processes
- Manage relationships with employee representatives, unions, and local authorities
- Lead and support negotiations (e.g. collective agreements, restructuring initiatives)
- Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations topics
- Implement global talent management, leadership development, and succession frameworks
- Drive HR KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making for local and global stakeholders
- Manage the HR budget and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Act as key interface between Tunisia and global HR (HQ), ensuring alignment of local practices with global policies
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives (growth, restructuring, efficiency programs)
- Drive cultural transformation and strengthen employee engagement
- Support operational excellence initiatives in close collaboration with production
What convinces us::
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Proven track record in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong experience leading HR teams within complex and matrix organizations
- Deep knowledge of Tunisian labor law and employee relations
- Extensive experience in union and works council negotiations
- Expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development
- Solid understanding of HR operations (payroll, recruiting, HR systems)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- High resilience and ability to manage complex and dynamic situations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across cultures and organizational levels
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic required; French is a plus
