What you will do:
- Overall responsibility for production at the Hammamet
- Ensuring a production process that meets standards for quality, cost, delivery capability, and efficiency
- Responsibility for achieving defined KPIs
- Implementation of and compliance with global standards, processes, and guidelines
- Disciplinary and technical management of the local production organization
- Establishment, further development, and training of local managers and employees
- Capacity and staffing planning in coordination with HR and the business units
- Implementation of human resources measures (performance reviews, organizational changes, etc.)
- Further development of the production strategy in Tunisia in coordination with the Business Unit management and the General Manager of Tunisia
- Planning and implementation of improvement, restructuring, and efficiency programs
- Establishing sustainable structures and processes to ensure long-term competitive production
- Support for Site Development
- Close collaboration with key departments (Operations, Supply Chain, Sales)
What convinces us:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Electronical Engineering, Engineering
- Minimum 8–10+ years of Production experience, including leadership roles
- Proven experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment
- Strong experience in leading big Production teams and complex organizations
- Very well developed and documented leadership skills
- Working experience in matrix organizations and international environments
- Experience in automotive business is preferred
- Strong Lean Management experience
- Experience in implementing and developing KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management across cultures and levels
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory), French is a plus
