Head of Production Molding / Molding Expert (m/w/d) - Tunisia

What you will do:

• Take ownership for all molding-related production processes (e.g. injection molding / plastics processing) 
• Drive operational excellence across molding, including productivity, quality and cost performance 
• Analyze and optimize existing processes, machine setups and tooling performance 
• Implement structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Lean, root cause analysis) 
• Lead, develop and structure the local molding team (setter, engineers etc.) 
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities and performance management within the team 
• Act as the key technical expert and advisor for molding processes on-site 
• Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and process instabilities 
• Train and upskill the local teams 
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance and engineering 
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards 

What convinces us:

• University degree or equivalent practical experience in the field of molding 
• Several years of relevant experience in injection molding / plastics processing in an industrial environment (ideally automotive or similar)  
• Strong technical expertise in molding processes, machine setup, tooling, and troubleshooting  
• Proven track record in improving process stability, quality, and efficiency 
• Leadership experience and experience to build and develop in an international environment 
• Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on-approach 
• Fluent in English (mandatory)  
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory), French is a plus
